Pre-Session Survey

One of the hallmarks of a successful organization is how connected and cared for employees, residents, members, and/or students feel. An organization that is not connected both professionally and socially will have a harder time accomplishing its goals and retaining its employees, residents, members, or students.

In order to assess your organization’s current culture of care, we send program participants a link to an anonymous survey to complete prior to our sessions, with questions about how cared for and connected participants feel. The survey also provides them the opportunity to give recommendations on how to improve the culture.

The results are shared both within a presentation to the team as well as an aggregated report to your organization.

Personal Assessment

Showing care and comfort to those who are struggling can be awkward—so, many avoid it. It is only when we discover our barriers to connection that we can find tools and strategies to break through them.

Our “Personal Comfort Profile” assessment does just that. The participant will complete an assessment and receives a personalized report which recaps the human care behaviors that are both comfortable and awkward to them which allows them to understand strategies to support those around them. The report ends with an action plan to apply these results to their everyday life.

Inspiring Comfort shares the aggregated data of these assessments with your organization, giving further insight into the culture of care you currently have and the barriers your participants have to becoming or remaining socially connected.
